We loved the fact that the OCR version of the scanned document can be read out to the user in over 50 different languages! Both these formats are stored and displayed within the ‘Scanner’ and ‘Document’ menus. Both these features work incredibly well and the text capture is highly accurate. The option to ‘Scan’ which provides a picture of the document scanned or the option to ‘OCR’ (Optical Character Recognition) which will capture the text from the document in an editable format. Scanner - The scanner features requires access to the device's camera and offers two main options. The interface is clean and easy to navigate even with a vast amount of features. The’+’ icon within the section allows the user to create a new PDF, import from the clipboard, images, DropBox or from the current device. The ‘Edit’ option in the top right allows the user to add a new folder, copy a document/folder, move a document/folder, delete a document/folder, compress a document/folder or favourite a document.
